Exercise in the current time means lifting weight and building biceps, everything goes for a toss. It is disheartening to see the people walk into the gym and head straight for the weights, hold your horses friends. You need aerobic exercise and in the beginning it will be very difficult, but slowly and steadily you will start having greater stamina and endurance.
